74tools in one platform

The receptionist that quotes.

Answers, books and quotes.

  • On all your channels. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, web, phone and email.
  • In your business's name. Replies at any hour, with your information and your prices.
  • The full cycle, from question to sale. If they ask for an appointment, it books it into your free slots. If they ask for a price, it asks what you would ask, works out the quote using your rules, sends it with your logo, ready to sign, and books the appointment.
  • It hands the conversation over. If it doesn't know something or the customer asks for a person, it alerts you and your team carries on in the same channel.

What doesn't exist, built around you.

We find what holds your business back and automate it.

  • We study your business. We spot the bottlenecks and the repetitive tasks that eat your day.
  • We build it around you. If the solution doesn't exist, BAI designs it, builds it and connects it to your platform.
  • You grow without adding work. What you used to do by hand now happens by itself, the same way every time.
  • No hassle. You tell us, we do it and you decide when it switches on.

Book my call

Ready-made automations

What you repeat every day runs by itself, without you remembering.

  • "I repeat the same thing by hand every day: alerting, tagging, following up"

When they pay, the customer is tagged and receives their welcome sequence, which stops if they unsubscribe.

  • "Taking admin work off my plate and spending that time on what I get paid for"

Every new customer receives by itself the list of what they need to bring, and you receive the task to review it.

  • "Taking admin work off my plate and organising the business's processes"

You wrote it down once: when the appointment is completed the email goes out, the task is created and the customer is tagged.

Custom automation

Your process, studied and automated around your business.

  • "I need a program made around the way I work"

BAI designs the matching around you: when you register it, it alerts whoever fits.

  • "Going digital without knowing where to start or having the time"

BAI studies your case and builds the automation with your data; you decide when to switch it on.

  • "Knowing where to start going digital in my business"

BAI goes through how you work with you, tells you what to automate first and what to leave as it is.

Both sign from their phones that same afternoon, and the signed document stays in the customer's record.

The contract is a template with your logo: when you choose the customer, it comes out with their details already filled in.

  • "Being able to work remotely and keep files in the cloud"

You open the customer's record from your phone and their contract, their quote and their invoices are there.

Proposal 7 ·

Your team, organised

Every job with its owner and its date, and you see it without asking.

2solutions working together
9tools included

Tasks and projects

  • "I send tasks by WhatsApp and can't see progress"

You open the board and see who is working on what and what moved yesterday, without asking anyone.

  • "Organising my team's tasks and work"

Every job has its board; each person sees their tasks with their date and receives an alert before it falls due.

  • "Organising job sheets and my team's hours out on the road"

Every job is a task with its customer; whoever does it measures their time and the customer signs the job sheet when it's done.

AI assistant

Ask your business and the assistant gets things done.

  • "I make a hundred small queries a day: which customers I have, who that contact was"

You ask the assistant and see the list. Then you ask it to move one to the next stage and confirm.

  • "Using artificial intelligence in my business without knowing how"

You write to the assistant like a colleague, ask it for the list of this week's enquirers and receive it.

  • "Using artificial intelligence in my business without risking my customers' data"

Now you ask your business's assistant, an artificial intelligence for your team inside BAI, which answers with your data.

Proposal 8 ·

Your stock and your products

One product, one click, all your shop windows. And what's sold out doesn't get sold.

2solutions working together
11tools included

Stock and inventory

You know what you have and what's running out, even if you don't sell it.

  • "Controlling stock and purchases from suppliers"

Every product carries its minimum and, when it drops below it, the alert goes out before it runs out.

  • "Uploading and managing supplier delivery notes"

Every delivery note adds its goods to the stock, with its supplier and its price, and the signed one is saved.

  • "Adding any kind of product or stock"

You register what isn't sold and see its quantity the same as a product's.

Connected online shop

Your catalogue sells on the website and in the chat, and never offers what's sold out.

  • "Selling online with an online shop"

Your website sells by itself: the customer chooses, pays and you only prepare the order.

  • "I publish every product platform by platform"

You register the product once and it appears in all those places, each with its own text.

  • "without going platform by platform to add, sell or sell out a product"

Receptionist that quotes

Answers, books and quotes on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web and phone.

  • Your business answers even when you're with another customer.

  • Every message and every call ends in an appointment or a saved customer.

  • Answers, books and quotes on whichever channel your customer chooses.

Problems it solves
1 / 7

"Answering the phone and WhatsApp without being tied to them"

Before

You're with a customer and the phone rings; at the same time two WhatsApp messages arrive. You can't leave things half done and those people go elsewhere.

After

The receptionist answers the call and the messages and leaves the appointment booked.

How it fixes it
  1. The receptionist, an assistant with artificial intelligence, answers calls and WhatsApp on behalf of your business, with your greeting.

  2. If they ask for an appointment, it books it into your free slots and saves their details.

Your phone stops ringing unanswered.

"Replying quickly to whoever asks for a quote on WhatsApp"

Before

A customer asks you for a quote on WhatsApp at eleven at night. You see it two days later, when they've already hired someone else.

After

The receptionist asks what it needs to know and sends the quote that same night.

How it fixes it
  1. It asks what you would ask: what they need, how much and by when.

  2. It works out the quote with your prices and your rules, sends it with your logo and books the appointment.

They ask for a quote at midnight and go to bed with it.

"My customers write to me on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email, and I jump from one app to another"

Before

One customer asks on Instagram, another on WhatsApp and another by email. You reply in three apps, give two different opening times and one question goes unanswered.

After

One receptionist answers on all your channels, with the same information.

How it fixes it
  1. The same receptionist answers WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web, phone, Telegram and email.

  2. You change your information once and all your channels answer the same.

One receptionist for all your channels.

"I answer the same thing a hundred times: opening hours, price, where you are"

Before

Every day people ask you the same things: what time you open, how much it costs, where you are, whether there's parking. You answer between one customer and the next.

After

Every question is answered at once with your information, always the same.

How it fixes it
  1. You upload your information once: services, rules, terms, opening hours and products with photo and price.

  2. It answers with that data even when they ask in other words; what it doesn't know it doesn't invent: it passes it on to you.

Stop answering the same thing a hundred times.

"My social media are a way in and I don't look after them"

Before

You post some news on Facebook and thirty people ask the price in the comments. You answer a few the next day.

After

Each one receives a private message with the price at once, and the conversation carries on there.

How it fixes it
  1. Anyone who comments on your Facebook page or mentions you in an Instagram story receives a private message at once.

  2. The receptionist carries on the conversation in private and leaves it in your inbox.

Every comment becomes a conversation.

"When the AI can't, nobody finds out the customer is waiting"

Before

A customer asks something the assistant can't answer. Nobody finds out for two days and, in the end, two employees tell them different things.

After

Your team receives the alert at once and whoever takes the conversation has it in their name.

How it fixes it
  1. If it doesn't know something or the customer asks for a person, it alerts you by email and on the platform.

  2. All conversations are in a single inbox; whoever takes one replies in the same channel.

If it doesn't know something, your team finds out and carries on the conversation.

"Customers write to me in other languages and I can't reply to them properly"

Before

A foreign customer writes to you in English to ask for an appointment. You can't manage it well and the message waits until you find someone to translate it.

After

They get a reply in English at once, with the appointment booked.

How it fixes it
  1. It recognises the customer's language out of eleven, Spanish included.

  2. It replies in their language with your information written in Spanish, and their appointment confirmation reaches them in that language.

Your business speaks every customer's language.

How it works
  1. You tell it once what it can answer: opening hours, services, products with photo and price, and your documents.

  2. You choose its name, its tone and its welcome, and you test it with real questions before opening it to your customers.

  3. You connect your channels: phone, website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email; on all of them it answers the same.

  4. From the first message it says it's an artificial intelligence, and it asks permission before saving data or booking.

  5. It answers at once, in the customer's language and with your information, at any hour.

  6. If they want an appointment, it books it into your free slots; if they ask for a price, it prepares the quote with your prices.

  7. It saves each enquirer in your customer records, with what they asked for.

  8. If it doesn't know something or the customer asks for a person, it alerts you and your team carries on in the same channel.

Tools it includes
  • AI receptionist
  • Phone answering
  • Single inbox
  • Website chat
  • Knowledge base
  • Bookings in the chat
  • Quotes with your logo
What your business needs
  • Your information: opening hours, services, products with photo and price, and your documents.

  • Connecting the channels people write to you on and your business phone.

  • Your diary, if you want it to book appointments.

  • Deciding what information your customers can see and what is only for your team.

Replaces
  • Answering machines and voicemail.

  • A different chatbot for each channel.

  • A different app for each social network.

  • Translators to answer foreign customers.

  • A person dedicated to answering the phone.

Website and visibility

The receptionist answers in the chat on your website and on your WhatsApp button: the more visits your website and Google bring you, the more customers it answers.

  • With Professional website and Search engine ranking, whoever finds you at night also gets a reply.

Common questions
What if it makes something up?

It only answers with the information you mark as public. What it doesn't know it doesn't invent: it passes the conversation on to you and your team carries on in the same channel. If the artificial intelligence fails, the customer receives a message from you and your team gets the alert.

Will my customers know they're talking to an artificial intelligence?

Yes. It says so from the first message and in the greeting of every call, with the name and tone you choose. Before saving their data or booking, it asks their permission.

How does it do quotes?

With your prices and your rules: it asks what it needs to know, works out the quote, sends it with your logo and books the appointment. When they accept it, they sign it from their phone and it turns into an invoice.

Do I have to give up the WhatsApp Business app?

No. You carry on using it on your phone and the receptionist answers the same number. If you prefer, BAI registers the number with Meta and it answers on its own.

Ask for a demo with your own case.

Online booking and diary

Your customers book by themselves, at any hour, and remember to turn up.

  • Your diary fills itself while you work.

  • Anyone who can't come leaves the slot free, without calling you.

  • They book at any hour, and only in times that are really free.

Problems it solves
1 / 5

"Managing bookings without a paper book and without accepting more people than fit"

Before

You write bookings in a notebook. One Saturday you accept a group of eight when you only had five seats left, and another booking is written down twice.

After

Your customer books on your website and only sees the times when their group fits.

How it fixes it
  1. Your booking page counts your seats: each group only sees the times when it fits.

  2. The receptionist asks how many they are before offering a time, and tells the truth if they don't fit.

You only offer the times when the group really fits.

"Running the diary and appointments without paper or phone calls"

Before

You keep appointments in a paper diary. A customer asks for a time by message; you suggest five o'clock, it doesn't suit them, you suggest another, and so it goes all morning.

After

Your customer opens the booking link and chooses the service and a free time by themselves.

How it fixes it
  1. You create a booking page per service, with its length, your opening hours and the breaks between appointments.

  2. The customer chooses from the free slots, with no account and no call, and receives the confirmation.

Not one more appointment sorted out by message.

"Making sure customers don't miss appointments or cancel at the last minute"

Before

Your diary is full, but every week someone doesn't turn up and you spend afternoons calling to remind people of the next day's appointments.

After

Every customer receives their reminder and, if they can't come, changes the time from their link.

How it fixes it
  1. The reminder goes out by itself, by email or by WhatsApp if they agreed to it.

  2. Anyone who can't come changes or cancels from their link and frees the slot.

  3. If you want, you take a deposit when they book.

The appointment reminds itself and you don't call anyone.

"Having a website with appointment booking"

Before

You have a website and Instagram, but no way to book. Anyone who finds you at night only sees a phone number, and books with someone else.

After

Your website, your Instagram and your Google Business Profile carry the booking button.

How it fixes it
  1. You share the booking link on your website, your Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

  2. Every booking goes into your diary, your Google calendar and your customer list.

They book from wherever they find you.

"I get double bookings and gaps"

Before

Three people on your team write down appointments, each on their own phone. Two customers clash at the same time, and on Tuesday the diary is empty.

After

Every appointment goes into the diary of whoever is free, and nobody books a time that's taken.

How it fixes it
  1. Each person on your team marks their week; the customer only sees times when somebody is free.

  2. The booking goes to whoever is free; two customers never book the same time.

Two customers at the same time: that's over.

How it works
  1. You create your booking pages: per service, per professional, per team or per group seats.

  2. You set your opening hours, the length, the breaks and how many bookings you accept a day.

  3. You share the link on your website, your Instagram or your Google Business Profile, or the receptionist books in the conversation.

  4. The customer only sees times that are really free and books without creating an account.

  5. They receive the confirmation in their language, with a link to change or cancel their appointment.

  6. Before the appointment they receive the reminder, by email or by WhatsApp if they agreed to it.

  7. The booking goes into your diary, your Google calendar and their customer record.

  8. If someone doesn't turn up without warning, you mark it as a no-show and it stays in their history.

Tools it includes
  • Online booking and diary
  • Booking pages
  • Team availability
  • Unified calendar
  • Appointment reminders
What your business needs
  • Your services with their length and the hours when you accept bookings.

  • The week of each person on your team, or your seats per hour.

  • Your Google calendar, if you want to see your appointments there.

  • Connecting your WhatsApp, if you also want to remind people of appointments there.

Replaces
  • The paper diary or the booking book.

  • Online appointment-booking programs.

  • Calls to remind people of the next day's appointments.

  • Messages back and forth to settle each appointment.

Website and visibility

The booking button works harder where people find you.

  • With Professional website, your website carries it in view on every page; with Your Google Business Profile, anyone who finds you on Google books without calling you.

Common questions
What if two customers book the same time at once?

It can't happen: the first booking is saved, and that time no longer shows as free to the other customer.

Does the customer need to create an account?

No. They book with their name and email, and manage their appointment from the link in the confirmation.

Can I remind any customer by WhatsApp?

Only those who agreed to receive notices about their appointment when they booked. The rest are reminded by email.

Can I see my diary on my phone?

Yes. In the BAI app for Android and iPhone you see your calendar and your appointments, and you receive the alerts on your phone.

Ask for a demo with your own case.

CRM for your business

Every customer in their record and no sale forgotten.

  • Your customers move out of your head and into a record.

  • You know how much could come in this month without doing sums.

  • The new customer never waits for someone to decide who calls.

Problems it solves
1 / 5

"Managing my customers and suppliers"

Before

The same customer is in your phone, in a spreadsheet and in your email, and nobody remembers what they were promised.

After

In your customer database (the CRM), every customer and every supplier has a single record with their whole history.

How it fixes it
  1. You upload your customer spreadsheet and the duplicates are merged by their email and phone.

  2. Whatever arrives through forms, bookings or the chat is saved in that same record.

Every customer, one record with their whole history.

"Following up every customer without losing opportunities"

Before

You send ten quotes a month. You don't know who replied or who you needed to call again, and two sales are lost to forgetting.

After

Every quote moves through the stages of its sale, with its next call and its owner.

How it fixes it
  1. Each sale moves through your stages on a board, with a date and an owner for the next action.

  2. Artificial intelligence summarises each sale and works out its chance of closing and how much could come in.

No sale is lost to forgetting.

"Copying the data from every form by hand"

Before

The requests from your website reach you by email. Someone copies them into a spreadsheet and somebody else calls days later, when the customer has already hired someone else.

After

Every request creates its record and its sale, and whoever sent it receives your confirmation.

How it fixes it
  1. Your form, on your website, your social media or WhatsApp, creates or completes the customer's record.

  2. It opens their sale at the stage and with the person you decide, and keeps spam out.

Not one more form copied by hand.

"New customers take a while to get a reply and I don't know who to assign them to"

Before

A request comes in through your website. Everyone on the team thinks someone else is dealing with it, and the customer goes to the competition.

After

The request goes by itself to the right person and, if it isn't answered in time, alerts the owner.

How it fixes it
  1. You decide how they're shared out: by turns, by area, by speciality or according to each person's workload.

  2. You set a deadline to deal with it; if it's missed, it alerts the owner or reassigns it.

Every new customer, dealt with on time by the right person.

"My customers call me to ask how theirs is going"

Before

You have a hundred jobs open. Every week ten customers call to ask how theirs is going, and every call interrupts someone.

After

Every customer opens their link from their phone and sees where theirs stands.

How it fixes it
  1. You open a progress tracker per customer, linked to their record, and change its status as it advances.

  2. The customer follows it with their own link, with no account or password.

Your customers see how theirs is going without calling you.

How it works
  1. You upload your customers from your spreadsheet; the duplicates are detected by themselves.

  2. Every customer, supplier or company has a record with their history, their tags and who handles them.

  3. What arrives through forms, bookings or the receptionist goes into their record and opens their sale.

  4. Every new customer is assigned to the right person, with a deadline to deal with them.

  5. Sales move through your stages, with their next action in your calendar.

  6. Artificial intelligence summarises each sale and works out how much could come in over the next months.

  7. Your customers follow the status of theirs from their own link.

  8. What you repeat every day with these records is done by your ready-made automations.

Tools it includes
  • CRM

  • How you want to share out new customers across your team.

  • Your forms, or new ones created for your website.

Replaces
  • Customer spreadsheets.

  • Customer-management programs on their own.

  • The notebook of calls to make.

  • Copying the data from every form by hand.

Website and visibility

Every form on your website and your landing pages reaches your CRM with its source, so you know which page brings you customers.

  • With Professional website and Campaigns that bring in customers, every interested visit ends up in a record.

Common questions
Do I have to type in all my customers?

No. You upload your spreadsheet and the duplicates are merged by their email and phone.

Is it any use if I work alone?

Yes. It reminds you of the next action of each sale and keeps everything about each customer, even when there's no team to share work out among.

Can I run it on my phone?

Yes. In the BAI app for Android and iPhone you see your indicators, your customers and your sales, the inbox and your tasks, and you receive the alerts on your phone.

What if a customer asks me to delete their data?

Their personal data is deleted, and the invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.

Repeat customers

Every customer gets their reason to come back, right on time.

  • Every customer comes back when it's their turn, without you chasing them.

  • You sell more to the customers you already have.

  • Your emails reach only the people who want to receive them.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Getting customers to come back and managing the relationship with them"

Before

You have hundreds of customers who already know you. Nobody remembers when each one is due to come back, and many let months go by.

After

Every customer receives your invitation to come back on time, with the link to book or order again.

How it fixes it
  1. Every visit, purchase or service goes into the customer's record, with what was done and when.

  2. For each service you decide when it makes sense to come back, and the invitation goes out by itself with its link.

Your customers come back without you having to remember.

"Managing customers and maintenance reminders without losing any"

Before

Your customers need a service check every year. You write it in a notebook, and every year dozens slip away and hire someone else.

After

Every customer receives the reminder of their service check when it's due, with the link to ask for the visit.

How it fixes it
  1. When each service is closed, an automation waits until the date of the next service check.

  2. When the day comes, the reminder goes out by itself and the visit is requested from its link.

No service check slips away from you.

"I send mass emails without knowing whether I'm respecting unsubscribes"

Before

You send your newsletter to your whole list without knowing who opens it or who asked not to receive it.

After

Each mailing goes only to people who gave their permission, with an unsubscribe in one click, and you see who opens it.

How it fixes it
  1. You choose who to write to by tags, design the email with your logo and schedule it.

  2. It only goes to people who gave permission, unsubscribes are respected automatically and you see opens and clicks.

Your emails arrive, get read and respect unsubscribes.

How it works
  1. Every visit, purchase or service goes into the customer's record.

  2. For each service you decide when it makes sense to come back: after six weeks, three months or a year.

  3. When the time comes, the customer receives your invitation with the link to book or order again.

  4. You tag your customers to send each group what interests it.

  5. Your newsletters go out from your domain, at the time your customers usually open them.

  6. You only write to people who gave their permission, and unsubscribes are respected automatically.

  7. You see the opens, the clicks and the bounces of each mailing.

Tools it includes
  • Newsletter sending
  • Email templates
  • Customer tags
  • Automations
What your business needs
  • Your customers in the CRM, with their visits or purchases.

  • How often it makes sense to come back for each service.

  • Your email domain, so that your mailings arrive.

  • Your customers' permission to receive your emails.

Replaces
  • Newsletter-sending tools.

  • Remembering from memory when each customer is due to come back.

  • Loyalty programs on their own.

Website and visibility

The link in every invitation leads to your website or your booking page.

  • With Professional website, the customer who comes back finds your news and books without calling.

Common questions
Is it a loyalty-points scheme?

No. It's an invitation at the right moment, with the link to come back, and each customer's record so you can look after them like someone you know.

Is it any use if I don't work with appointments?

Yes. The invitation can go out after a paid purchase or after a service is closed.

How do I know I'm respecting unsubscribes?

Each mailing goes only to people who gave their permission, with an unsubscribe in one click, and the unsubscribes are recorded.

Search engine ranking

Get found on Google and in AI answers.

  • Everything new you publish is offered by itself to Google and to search engines.

  • You're found by people who search for what you do, not just by those who know your name.

  • Every month you know what your customers search for and who finds you.

Problems it solves
1 / 4

"Showing up higher on the internet and getting found"

Before

You have good reviews, but anyone searching for what you do in your area sees three others first, and you're on the second page.

After

Every service has its own page, built around what your area searches for, and each month you see how many people find you.

How it fixes it
  1. BAI checks your website the way Google sees it: pages it can't find, titles and speed.

  2. It fixes what holds it back and prepares a page per service, with its title and its description.

Your website, prepared for what your area searches for.

"Being found on Google by people who search for what I do and don't know my name"

Before

You do well with people who already know you, but anyone who searches on Google for what you do and doesn't know your name never reaches you.

After

Your website answers the questions your customers search for, and enquiries arrive from people who didn't know you.

How it fixes it
  1. BAI studies how your customers search for what you do, using Google's data.

  2. Your blog publishes articles that answer those questions, with its address in every language.

You're found by people who don't know your name too.

"I publish something new and nobody tells Google it exists"

Before

You publish a new service or article and it just sits there: someone has to remember to tell Google, and it's never the right moment.

After

Everything new you publish is offered to search engines by itself, and your team doesn't have to remember anything.

How it fixes it
  1. Every page, article or product you publish goes into your website's map on its own.

  2. BAI offers it to Google and to search engines without anyone having to ask, and keeps it up to date.

What's new on your website, in sight of the search engines.

"I want to show up on Google and in AI search engines"

Before

Someone asks an artificial-intelligence assistant about businesses like yours in your area, and it names others.

After

You appear in the guides for your area with the same details as your website, and your website answers what people ask.

How it fixes it
  1. BAI checks where you're mentioned outside your website: guides for your area, directories and reviews.

  2. Your details match everywhere, and your website leaves clear answers that an assistant can quote.

Let artificial intelligence talk about you too.

How it works
  1. BAI checks your website the way Google sees it: which pages it finds, how they're titled and how long they take.

  2. It studies how your customers search for what you do in your area, using Google's data.

  3. It fixes what holds you back: pages Google can't find, repeated titles or a slow website.

  4. It gives each page its title, its description and the data Google uses to show your business.

  5. Everything you publish goes into your website's map on its own and is offered to Google and to search engines.

  6. Your blog adds articles that answer your customers' questions, in every language.

  7. It works to get you named in the guides and directories of your area, with the same details as your profile.

  8. Every month you receive a report in plain language: what people search for, how many find you and what comes next.

Tools it includes
  • Google ranking
  • Blog
  • Brand voice
  • Updates for search engines
What your business needs
  • Your website, built or connected by BAI.

  • Giving BAI access to your website's data in Google.

  • The questions your customers ask you, to turn into pages and articles.

  • The languages and areas you want to be found in.

Replaces
  • A search-ranking agency separate from your website.

  • Tools for editing titles and descriptions.

  • Separate blog platforms.

  • Ranking reports nobody can understand.

  • Someone who tells Google by hand about each new thing.

Website and visibility

It works on top of Professional website: every page you change in BAI goes out with its title and its description already done, and is offered to search engines by itself.

  • Your products also reach your Google Business Profile, which adds the map and the reviews and also counts when someone searches in your area.

Common questions
Do you guarantee I'll come first on Google?

It can't be guaranteed, and be wary of anyone who says it can. What it does is get your website the way Google needs it and measure what changes every month.

How long does it take to show?

It depends on your area and your competition. Every month the same weeks before and now are compared, and the report says what is down to the work and what isn't.

Do I have to tell Google every time I publish?

No. Every page, article or product you publish goes into your website's map on its own and is offered to Google. Whether it crawls it, when, and whether it shows it is Google's decision: no guarantee or timescale can be given.

What does showing up in AI answers mean?

Artificial-intelligence assistants answer with what they find on websites. Your website leaves them a clear summary of your business, with your real details.

Professional website

A website that brings in customers and that you change yourself.

  • Your website works at night: it shows, answers and brings you contacts.

  • You change your website yourself and publish in one click.

  • Every visitor finds how to call you, write to you or book.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Having a website for my business"

Before

Your business only has an Instagram profile. Anyone who searches for you on Google finds an old address and a phone number you no longer use.

After

Your website shows your services, your opening hours and a button to book or write to you, with your details up to date.

How it fixes it
  1. BAI designs your website with your brand, your services and your own domain.

  2. It connects it to your BAI space: your catalogue, your forms and your chat appear on it.

Your business, with a website that speaks for you.

"Showing up on Google and having a website that brings in calls"

Before

Your website is a single page with a form nobody checks. Anyone who visits can't find how to call you and leaves.

After

Every service has its own page, with the call and WhatsApp buttons in view.

How it fixes it
  1. Every service has its own page, with its WhatsApp button and the chat that answers at once.

  2. Every form goes into your customer list, without copying it by hand.

Anyone who visits your website finds how to call you in one tap.

"I depend on a developer for every change to the website"

Before

You want to change the prices on your website. You write to whoever built it and wait a week; meanwhile, the website shows the old ones.

After

You change the prices in BAI, in every language, and publish them in one click.

How it fixes it
  1. You change the texts, photos and sections of your website without touching code, in every language.

  2. You publish with one click; if you make a mistake, you go back to the previous version.

Your website, up to date, without waiting for anyone.

How it works
  1. BAI designs your website with your brand, your services, your photos and your own domain.

  2. Every service has its own page, with its frequently asked questions and its contact button.

  3. Your website shows your catalogue, your forms, the receptionist's chat and the WhatsApp button.

  4. Before it opens, we check that no external service receives data about the visit before they accept cookies.

  5. You change texts, photos and sections from BAI, in every language, without touching code.

  6. You publish with one click and your website updates itself; every version is saved.

  7. If something goes wrong, you go back to the previous version with one click.

  8. Every form and every conversation on your website reaches your customer list.

Tools it includes
  • Content manager
  • Publishing with versions
  • Website connection
  • Forms
  • Booking button
What your business needs
  • Your services, your photos and what you want to say about your business.

  • Your domain, or choosing a new one.

  • The languages you want your website in.

  • Signing the data-processing agreement, if your website collects customer data.

Replaces
  • Ordering every small change from the developer.

  • Paid content managers used only to change texts.

  • Website templates with no connection to your business.

  • Separate blog tools.

Website and visibility

With Search engine ranking, every page of your website is prepared so that Google and the artificial-intelligence assistants understand it and show it.

  • With Your Google Business Profile, anyone who finds you on the map reaches your website and books.

Common questions
Do I have to redo my website?

If your current website can be connected to BAI, you keep it and edit it from here. If not, BAI designs you a new one.

Can my website sell?

Yes. With Connected online shop, your website sells with its basket, linked to your catalogue and your stock.

Does my website comply with the cookie rules?

No analytics or external service loads before the visitor decides, and the notice lets them accept or refuse with the same ease.

What if I break something?

Every publication is saved in full. If a change goes wrong, you go back to the previous one with one click and you don't lose the history.

Content and social media

Your content for the month, in your voice and published in one click.

  • A month of posts, ready in a few minutes.

  • Your brand sounds the same in every text.

  • You know which post brings you customers.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Being on social media and running ads that bring in customers"

Before

You post photos on Instagram when you remember. You have followers, but you don't know whether any post has brought you a customer.

After

Every post carries its link to book or write to you, and at the end of the month you see which ones brought customers.

How it fixes it
  1. Every post invites one thing only, booking, ordering or writing, with its link.

  2. The link says which post each visit comes from and how many bookings each one brought.

Your social media, measured in customers who arrive.

"Being on social media and having someone run it for me"

Before

You post a photo on a Monday and nothing for three weeks. Every text costs you half an hour you don't have.

After

At the start of the month you receive your calendar, one post a day and in your tone; you change a couple and approve it.

How it fixes it
  1. Every month BAI prepares the topics with you, and artificial intelligence writes the posts in your voice.

  2. You review and approve them; your products go out on your social media with one click.

A month of posts, approved in a few minutes.

"I do my marketing on the fly and don't know what works"

Before

You post an offer one day, a tip another and then nothing for weeks. Every text sounds different.

After

You have a plan with your brand voice, and every month you review which posts brought you contacts.

How it fixes it
  1. You define your brand voice once: tone, style and what you would never say.

  2. You receive a starting plan, and every month we review which posts brought customers.

A plan, instead of posting in fits and starts.

How it works
  1. You define your brand voice: how you speak, who you address and what you would never say.

  2. BAI analyses your marketing and your competition's, and proposes a starting plan.

  3. Every month you choose with BAI the topics and offers you want to talk about.

  4. Artificial intelligence writes the month of posts in your voice, from your real data.

  5. You review every text and approve or change it before it goes out.

  6. Your products are published with one click on Instagram, Facebook and, as a post, on your Google Business Profile.

  7. Every article on your blog becomes posts for each network.

  8. Every post carries its link, and every month you see which ones brought you visits and contacts.

Tools it includes
  • Content calendar
  • Brand voice
  • Social media publishing
  • Short links and QR codes
  • Marketing audit
What your business needs
  • Telling us how your brand speaks and who you address.

  • Your products and your business's details in BAI.

  • Connecting your social media accounts.

  • Photos or short videos of your business and your work.

Replaces
  • Content planners for social media.

  • Writing every post at the last minute.

  • Commissioning one-off texts from a copywriter.

  • Outsourced social-media management that doesn't know your business.

Website and visibility

Every article on your blog feeds your social media and Search engine ranking at the same time.

  • Every post leads to a page of Professional website, where whoever arrives writes to you or books.

Common questions
Will it sound like a robot?

It writes in the brand voice you define and from your data, and nothing goes out without you reviewing it.

Does it make things up about my business?

No. It only uses the data you give it: your products, your services and what you tell it about your business.

Do I have to appear in the videos?

No. The product or the finished job can be the stars, without your face appearing.

Campaigns that bring in customers

You know which ad brings you customers and which one only costs you money.

  • Stop spending on what doesn't bring you customers.

  • Every poster and every ad, with its numbers.

  • Every campaign, with its page, its link and its results.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Filling the quiet days and getting more customers"

Before

Your business is full some days and half empty on others. You hand out leaflets and don't know whether anyone came because of them.

After

You launch an offer for the quiet days with an ad in your area, its own page and a QR code, and you see how many customers it brings.

How it fixes it
  1. BAI prepares the offer, its ad for the people in your area and the page where people book.

  2. It's tested with a little, and only what brings bookings gets more budget.

You fill the quiet days with a measured offer.

"I need a page for a campaign, with a form and measurement"

Before

You launch an offer with an ad that leads to your website's home page. Anyone who arrives can't find the offer and leaves.

After

The ad leads to the campaign page, with its form and a chat that presents the offer.

How it fixes it
  1. You build the campaign page without a developer, with your form or your booking inside.

  2. Every contact goes into your customer list, with the campaign it came from.

Every campaign, with its own page.

"I don't know where my customers come from or how long a sale takes"

Before

You put up posters, run an ad on social media and hand out leaflets. Calls come in, but you don't know where each one came from.

After

Every poster carries its QR and every ad its link, and you see how many contacts and sales each one brings.

How it fixes it
  1. Every campaign has its short link and its QR code for posters, leaflets or ads.

  2. You see how many contacts and sales each source closes, and how long they take to decide.

You know where every customer who walks in comes from.

How it works
  1. You choose what you want to fill: quiet days, a season, a new service or your diary.

  2. BAI prepares the offer, the ad and the campaign page, with your form or your booking.

  3. The ad reaches the people in your area, on social media or on Google, with the budget you decide.

  4. Every ad, poster or leaflet carries its link or its QR code.

  5. It's tested with a little, and only what brings contacts gets more budget.

  6. Every contact goes into your customer list with the campaign it came from.

  7. Every month you see how many visits, contacts and sales each campaign brought, and how long they took to decide.

Tools it includes
  • Campaign pages
  • Funnels and measurement
  • Short links and QR codes
  • Business analytics
What your business needs
  • What you want to fill or sell, and for when.

  • The ad budget, which you decide.

  • Your website or your campaign page connected to BAI.

  • Noting the source of the customers who arrive by phone or in person.

Replaces
  • Link shorteners and QR-code generators.

  • Campaign-page builders.

  • Simple web-analytics tools.

  • Spreadsheets to count where customers come from.

Website and visibility

Google ads push Your Google Business Profile, which is tuned up before they launch.

  • Every campaign lands on a page of Professional website that stays for the next season.

Common questions
Does it work for posters and paper leaflets?

Yes. Each one carries its QR code, and you know how many people have scanned it.

What if the ad doesn't work?

It's tested with a little for a few days. What doesn't bring contacts is stopped, and the budget moves to what does work.

What about the privacy of people who visit my website?

Your website only measures people who accept cookies, and the measurement stores their internet address anonymised.

Your Google Business Profile

More reviews, all of them answered, and your Google Business Profile up to date.

  • All your reviews answered without opening Google.

  • Your happy customers, on Google too.

  • Your profile always up to date, without you having to remember.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Knowing what my customers think and replying to reviews"

Before

You have lots of reviews. You answer a few on Sundays, and a complaint has gone a month with no reply for everyone to see.

After

Every review gets its reply in your tone, and the complaint reaches you as a draft for you to check.

How it fixes it
  1. The reviews on your profile reach BAI, and artificial intelligence drafts each reply in your tone.

  2. The good ones are published by themselves if you allow it; the criticisms wait for you as a draft.

No review without a reply, and you decide on the criticisms.

"Getting Google reviews and replying to them"

Before

You have loyal customers and few reviews. You feel awkward asking for them in person, and by message you forget.

After

After each appointment or sale, every customer receives the link to leave their opinion, with no script and nothing in return.

How it fixes it
  1. You receive the link and the QR code of your profile for your counter or your premises.

  2. After each appointment or sale the request goes out by itself, to all your customers equally.

Your happy customers, at last on Google.

"I don't know what my competition is doing or what my customers think"

Before

You open in a neighbourhood with four businesses like yours. You don't know why they show up on the Google map and you don't.

After

You see which categories, photos and reviews the first ones have, and your profile is completed with what it lacks.

How it fixes it
  1. BAI compares your profile with those of the competitors who come first in your area.

  2. It proposes categories, description, services and photos, and applies them when you give the go-ahead.

You know why they come first and what you're missing.

How it works
  1. You give BAI manager access to your profile, without sharing your Google password.

  2. BAI compares your profile with those in your area and proposes categories, description and photos.

  3. Once you approve it, it leaves your profile complete: opening hours, services, attributes, photos and booking link.

  4. Your products go out as posts on your profile with one click, from your catalogue.

  5. Your customers receive the review request after their visit, all equally and with nothing in return.

  6. Every new review gets its reply: the good ones by themselves if you allow it; the criticisms, checked by you.

  7. Every week it uploads photos and a new post, and every month the opening hours and access are checked.

  8. Every month you receive a report: how many people see you, call you and ask for directions.

Tools it includes
  • Review management
  • Posts on your profile
  • Competitor comparison
  • Automations
What your business needs
  • Your Google Business Profile verified, or creating and verifying it if you don't have one.

  • Adding BAI as a manager of your profile.

  • Choosing the tone of the replies and from what rating they're published by themselves.

  • Your express permission for replies to be published by themselves.

  • Photos of your premises, your team and your work.

Replaces
  • Review-management tools.

  • Logging in to your profile every day to reply.

  • Asking for reviews by word of mouth at the counter.

  • Services that reply to reviews on commission.

Website and visibility

The profile and the website reinforce each other.

  • With Professional website, your profile links to the page of each service; with Search engine ranking, your website confirms to Google the same details as your profile.

Common questions
Can I ask only happy customers for reviews, or give something in return?

No. Google forbids choosing who to ask and offering something in return. The request goes to everyone equally and without a script.

What if the artificial intelligence answers a criticism badly?

Criticisms and negative-sounding reviews reach you as a draft, and you decide. No reply carries offers, links or personal data.

Do I have to give my Google password?

No. You add BAI as a manager from your profile, and remove its access whenever you like.

What if I get a fake review?

If it's from someone with a conflict of interest, such as a former partner or a competitor, it's reported to Google and answered calmly.

Invoicing and getting paid

Invoices with Verifactu, payments chased automatically and clear accounts every month.

  • Invoices in order and payments that come in by themselves.

  • You know how the month is going without waiting for your accountant.

  • You collect what you've already earned without chasing anyone.

Problems it solves
1 / 5

"Getting paid by customers who don't pay or pay late"

Before

Invoices at thirty days. One invoice is three months overdue and nobody has chased it, because calling to ask for money is awkward.

After

When it falls due, your customer receives a reminder with the invoice and a link to pay by card.

How it fixes it
  1. When an invoice falls due unpaid, your customer receives a reminder with the invoice and the link to pay.

  2. If they pay by card, the payment is entered by itself and the reminders stop.

You collect what you've already earned without calling anyone.

"Making invoices properly and complying with e-invoicing"

Before

You invoice in a spreadsheet and copy each customer's details by hand. You don't know whether you comply with Verifactu.

After

Every invoice comes out of the customer's record, numbered, with its QR code and registered with the tax office.

How it fixes it
  1. Every invoice comes out of the customer's record, with its sequential number for the year.

  2. With Verifactu (Spain's invoice-verification system) switched on, it carries its QR code and its record is sent by itself to the tax agency.

Invoices in order without learning the rules.

"I don't know how much comes in and how much goes out at the end of the month"

Before

You keep receipts in a box and hand them to your accountant every quarter. You never know whether the month has gone well.

After

Every expense goes in at once, and the monthly summary shows you income, expenses and VAT.

How it fixes it
  1. You paste the text of a receipt and artificial intelligence fills in the date, the amount and the category.

  2. Fixed expenses, like the premises and insurance, are entered by themselves, and the summary shows you the balance.

You know how the month is going before it ends.

"I only find out about my tax obligations when they fall due"

Before

You find out about the quarterly VAT when your accountant calls, with the deadline about to close.

After

You see in your calendar every tax of the quarter with its date, and the VAT to be paid already calculated.

How it fixes it
  1. Every tax that applies to you goes into your calendar with its date and its form.

  2. When you mark it as paid, it's entered by itself as an expense.

No tax deadline catches you by surprise.

"a small self-employed person is overwhelmed by inaccessible, cryptic language"

Before

You work alone and try an invoicing program. Between journal entries and tax forms you understand nothing, and go back to the spreadsheet.

After

You invoice from each customer's record in your business's own words, and hand your accountant a tidy file.

How it fixes it
  1. You invoice, get paid and record expenses in your business's own words, without journal entries.

  2. When the quarter ends, you export everything in one file for your accountant.

Your accounts in your language, and your accountant with everything in order.

How it works
  1. You prepare the invoice from the customer's record, as a pro forma if you like, and close it as the final invoice.

  2. With Verifactu switched on, every invoice carries its QR code and its record is sent by itself to the tax agency.

  3. Every invoice carries its link to pay by card, and the payment is entered.

  4. If it falls due unpaid, your customer receives reminders on the days you choose, firmer each time.

  5. Every expense goes in at once: you paste the receipt and artificial intelligence fills it in.

  6. Fixed expenses are entered by themselves every month, and when you upload an invoice its income or expense is created.

  7. The monthly summary shows you income, expenses, balance and the VAT to be paid.

  8. Your taxes are in their calendar, and every quarter you export everything for your accountant.

Tools it includes
  • Invoicing
  • Verifactu
  • Payment reminders
  • Income and expenses
  • Monthly summary
  • Tax calendar
What your business needs
  • Your tax ID (NIF) and your company's details.

  • Authorising BAI with the tax agency to send your invoices with Verifactu.

  • Your card-payment account, if you want people to pay online.

  • Your accountant, if you have one, to hand them the quarter's files.

Replaces
  • Invoicing programs on their own.

  • Income-and-expenses spreadsheets.

  • Calls to chase overdue invoices.

  • A box of receipts for your accountant.

  • Payment gateways you set up yourself.

Common questions
Does it comply with Verifactu?

Yes, with the setting switched on: every invoice carries its fingerprint chained to the previous one, its QR code and its record sent to the tax agency.

Can I carry on with my accountant?

Yes. When the quarter ends you hand them a tidy file with your invoices, your income and your expenses.

What if they pay by bank transfer?

Team compliance

Your team's clocking in, contracts and payroll, in order and paperless.

  • Your team clocks in on their phone and you sleep easy.

  • Every contract signed before the first day.

  • The month's payroll, without waiting for anyone.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Calculating payroll and keeping the accounts without mistakes"

Before

You have eight people on the payroll and every month you send the overtime to your accountant. The payslips take days and you write the costs down by hand.

After

The payslips come out calculated from each contract; you add the overtime and sign them off.

How it fixes it
  1. Every month, each person's payslip comes out calculated: gross pay, tax withholding and Social Security.

  2. You add what changes that month and its cost goes into your expenses by itself.

The month's payroll, calculated and in your accounts.

"Controlling my employees' hours and complying with the working-hours record"

Before

Your team writes their hours in a notebook. When someone claims overtime, nobody can prove how much they did.

After

Each person clocks in from their phone, and you download the month's record ready for the Labour Inspectorate.

How it fixes it
  1. Each person clocks in, takes breaks and clocks out from their phone or computer.

  2. You correct a slip with the reason noted, and download the record as a PDF.

Your working-hours record, in order without paperwork.

"I want to hire someone new and have their contract ready"

Before

You hire someone for the summer. The contract is signed on paper and ends up in a filing cabinet; in September nobody can find their copy.

After

They sign the contract on their phone before starting, and their papers stay in their record.

How it fixes it
  1. You send them the employment contract to sign from their employee record.

  2. Their contract, their payslips and their certificates stay in their record, and they see their own.

You hire today and tomorrow they start with everything signed.

How it works
  1. Every person on your team has their employee record, with their contract and their payroll details.

  2. You send them the employment contract to sign and see what state the signature is in.

  3. Each person clocks in, takes breaks and clocks out, and you see live who is working.

  4. A slip is corrected by leaving noted who changed it, the original time and the reason.

  5. You download the daily working-hours record as a PDF or a spreadsheet.

  6. Every month, each person's payslip comes out calculated and you add what changes.

  7. Every payslip stays in the employee's record, and its cost goes into your expenses.

Tools it includes
  • Clocking in and working hours
  • Team contracts
  • Payroll
  • E-signatures
What your business needs
  • The details of each person on your team, their contract and their salary.

  • Deciding whether clocking in saves the location.

  • Your accountant, if you have one, to check the payslips.

Replaces
  • Time-control sheets or notebooks.

  • Clocking-in programs on their own.

  • Filing cabinets full of contracts and payslips.

  • Copying the cost of each payslip by hand.

Common questions
Does it work if the Labour Inspectorate visits me?

You download each person's daily working-hours record as a PDF or a spreadsheet, with the adjustments and their reasons.

Can an employee change their clock-ins?

No. An adjustment is made by someone with permission, and the original time, who changed it and why are noted.

Do I have to leave my accountant?

No. The payslips come out calculated and your accountant can check them before they're final.

Ready-made automations

What you repeat every day runs by itself, without you remembering.

  • Write it once and stop remembering.

  • Every customer gets their follow-up, even in your worst week.

  • Your business does by itself what used to steal your minutes.

Problems it solves
1 / 4

"Taking admin work off my plate and organising the business's processes"

Before

With lots of work on, nobody sends the instructions after the first visit or creates the follow-up call for three days later.

After

You wrote it down once: when the appointment is completed the email goes out, the task is created and the customer is tagged.

How it fixes it
  1. You choose what starts it: a new customer, a completed appointment or a payment.

  2. You decide what happens: send an email, wait, tag or create a task.

Write it once and stop remembering.

"Taking admin work off my plate and spending that time on what I get paid for"

Before

You spend your afternoons asking each new customer for documents and reminding yourself of tasks. Nobody pays you for those hours.

After

Every new customer receives by itself the list of what they need to bring, and you receive the task to review it.

How it fixes it
  1. Registering a client sends their list of documents and creates the review task.

  2. You wait a few days and a second email goes out with the reminder.

The afternoons of paperwork become working hours again.

"Saving work with the tools I already have"

Before

You write appointments in one app and customers in another. Every night someone copies the names by hand from one to the other.

After

When an appointment comes in or changes, the alert travels by itself to the other app and nobody copies anything.

How it fixes it
  1. A step in your automation alerts another tool when something happens in BAI, with its data.

  2. An alert from that tool can start an automation of yours.

Your tools talk to each other and you stop copying.

"I repeat the same thing by hand every day: alerting, tagging, following up"

Before

You tag by hand every customer who buys and write them the same welcome email when you remember.

After

When they pay, the customer is tagged and receives their welcome sequence, which stops if they unsubscribe.

How it fixes it
  1. When a payment is received, the automation tags the customer.

  2. It sends them the welcome email sequence, which stops if they unsubscribe.

Every purchase starts its own follow-up.

How it works
  1. You choose what starts it: a new customer, a booking, a form, a payment, a review or a date.

  2. You add conditions if needed, for example only for one service or for customers with a tag.

  3. You decide what happens next: send an email, wait a few days, tag, create a task or alert your team.

  4. You prepare an email sequence with waits for new customers, which stops if they unsubscribe.

  5. Every BAI solution comes with its own: an email when an invoice is paid, a booking alert or a review alert.

  6. You see every time it has started and, if something failed, you repeat it with one click.

  7. A step can alert other tools, and an alert from them can start yours.

  8. You register each connection with another tool, switch it on or off and test it before using it.

Tools it includes
  • Automations
  • Email sequences
  • Connection to other apps
What your business needs
  • The tasks you repeat by hand and at what point you do them.

  • Your email templates for the messages you always send.

  • The access details of the tools you want to connect.

Replaces
  • Automation tools between apps.

  • Reminders and follow-ups done by hand.

  • Welcome emails sent one by one.

  • Lists of pending tasks for each new customer.

Common questions
Do I need to know how to program?

No. You build each automation by choosing what starts it and which steps follow, without writing anything technical.

What if a customer doesn't want any more emails?

The emails respect their permission: if they unsubscribe, the sequence stops by itself and no more reach them.

Does it connect with the tools I already use?

Yes. The automations come integrated and ready-made; in addition, a step can alert another app when something happens, and an alert from it can start yours.

What if what I need can't be built that way?

Then BAI studies your case and designs it: that's custom automation.

Custom automation

Your process, studied and automated around your business.

  • Tell us what you repeat every week and we'll automate it.

  • Your process, studied before anything is automated.

  • What's designed for your case stays on your platform.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Going digital without knowing where to start or having the time"

Before

You know you lose hours on paperwork, but between the day's work and the shopping you have no time to set anything up.

After

BAI studies your case and builds the automation with your data; you decide when to switch it on.

How it fixes it
  1. You tell us what you do by hand every week and which tools you use.

  2. BAI designs and builds the automation; you decide when to switch it on.

You carry on with your work; BAI builds your automation.

"Knowing where to start going digital in my business"

Before

You hear about automating everywhere and don't know which tasks are worth it and which aren't.

After

BAI goes through how you work with you, tells you what to automate first and what to leave as it is.

How it fixes it
  1. You tell us how you work today, step by step.

  2. BAI tells you what's worth automating, in what order and what's best left as it is.

You know what to automate first, and what not to.

"I need a program made around the way I work"

Before

Every time something new comes in, you work out by hand which of your customers it might interest.

After

BAI designs the matching around you: when you register it, it alerts whoever fits.

How it fixes it
  1. You tell us how you decide today what to offer each customer.

  2. BAI turns it into an automatic alert, built around your business.

What's built around you stays on your platform.

How it works
  1. You tell us what you do by hand every week and which tools you use.

  2. BAI studies your case and tells you what's worth automating and in what order.

  3. BAI designs the automation with your data and your rules, on top of BAI's automations.

  4. It connects with the tools you already use, with alerts between apps.

  5. You decide when to switch it on, you see every time it starts and, if it fails, you repeat it with one click.

Tools it includes
  • Custom automation
  • Connection to other apps
What your business needs
  • Telling us what you repeat by hand every week, step by step.

  • The access details of the tools you want to connect.

  • A person who decides when it's switched on and approves the result.

Replaces
  • Automation consultancies.

  • Separate bespoke development.

  • Automation tools between apps.

  • Copying data by hand between apps.

Website and visibility

The forms on your website, and the landing pages BAI designs, can start each automation.

  • Every contact arrives with its follow-up already prepared.

Common questions
Do I have to build it myself?

No. BAI studies your case and designs the automation; you decide when to switch it on.

Is it the same as the ready-made automations?

No. You build the ready-made ones yourself by choosing what starts them; the custom one is studied and designed by BAI for your case.

Does it connect with my other tools?

Yes. BAI's automations come integrated and ready-made, and a step can alert another app when something happens.

Documents and e-signatures

Every document comes out with your details and is signed from a phone.

  • No more printing to sign.

  • Every document comes out in one click, with the details already filled in.

  • Every paper, in its customer's record.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Being able to work remotely and keep files in the cloud"

Before

You keep contracts and quotes on the office computer. Away from it, a customer asks you for their signed contract and you can't show it.

After

You open the customer's record from your phone and their contract, their quote and their invoices are there.

How it fixes it
  1. Every document is saved in your BAI archive, linked to its customer, sale, product or expense.

  2. You open it from anywhere, with your BAI login.

Your papers, to hand and in their place.

"Signing contracts without paper or travelling"

Before

You need the signature of a customer's two partners, and one lives in another city. By courier it takes a week.

After

Both sign from their phones that same afternoon, and the signed document stays in the customer's record.

How it fixes it
  1. You send the document to be signed by one or several people, and each one signs from their link.

  2. You see who's missing and resend them the link; the signed document is saved by itself.

Your customer signs from the sofa and you see it straight away.

"I make every document by copying an old one"

Before

You make every contract by copying the previous customer's. One day you send one with another customer's name on it.

After

The contract is a template with your logo: when you choose the customer, it comes out with their details already filled in.

How it fixes it
  1. You start with ready-made templates or turn your own Word or PDF models into templates.

  2. You choose the customer or the sale, and the document comes out with their details and your logo.

No more copying the previous customer's contract.

How it works
  1. You start with ready-made templates: quote, service contract, delivery note, job sheet, receipt and more.

  2. You turn your own Word or PDF models into templates, with blanks that fill themselves in.

  3. You choose the customer or the sale, and the document comes out with their details, your logo and your company's.

  4. You send it to be signed by one or several people, who sign from their link, without printing.

  5. The signed document is saved by itself, with the trail of each signature.

  6. Every document stays linked to its customer, sale, product, employee or expense.

  7. If you upload an invoice, it's entered in your accounts as income or an expense awaiting review.

  8. Artificial intelligence summarises a document for you and tells you what changes between two versions.

Tools it includes
  • Document vault
  • Document templates
  • E-signatures
  • Archive per customer
  • AI on documents
What your business needs
  • Your document models in Word or PDF, if you want to use your own.

  • Your logo and your company's details.

  • The email address of each person who has to sign.

Replaces
  • E-signature tools.

  • Printing, signing and scanning.

  • Contract and document generators.

  • Shared folders full of scanned documents.

  • Couriers sent to collect a signature.

Common questions
Is the signature legally valid?

It's a simple electronic signature, with the trail of each signature saved. If a document requires an advanced or qualified signature, BAI doesn't present it as one.

Does the customer have to install anything?

No. They sign from the link they receive, on their phone or on a computer.

Does it help me with a long contract?

Yes. Artificial intelligence summarises its key points and its risks, and hides the personal data before reading it.

Can I use the models I already have?

Yes. You upload your Word or your PDF and turn it into a template, with blanks for each customer's details.

Ask for a demo with your own case.

Tasks and projects

Your team knows what to do and you see how it's going.

  • Your team knows what to do today without you telling them.

  • You see how each job is going without a single meeting.

  • Every team conversation, next to its work.

Problems it solves
1 / 5

"Organising job sheets and my team's hours out on the road"

Before

Your team works away from the office, receives jobs by message and hands in the job sheets on paper every Friday. Nobody knows how much each job took.

After

Every job is a task with its customer; whoever does it measures their time and the customer signs the job sheet when it's done.

How it fixes it
  1. Every call-out is a task linked to its customer, with its steps, its photos and its time measured.

  2. The job sheet comes out with the customer's details and is signed when the job is done.

Every job with its sheet and its hours, without paper.

"Organising my team's tasks and work"

Before

You keep your team's jobs on a whiteboard. Two people prepare the same thing and one delivery gets forgotten.

After

Every job has its board; each person sees their tasks with their date and receives an alert before it falls due.

How it fixes it
  1. Every project or customer has its board, with the tasks in columns you drag.

  2. Each person sees everything that's theirs in one list, from all the boards.

Everyone knows what's theirs and by when.

"Planning long jobs and seeing in time what delays the delivery"

Before

You run three projects at once. On Friday you see that one is running late because of an order nobody wrote down.

After

You see each project as time bars, you know which task sets the delivery and you share out the week before the delay.

How it fixes it
  1. You see each project as time bars, one per task, with the history of its stages.

  2. You share out the week between two fronts or two people and see which task sets the end date.

You see what delays the delivery before the customer notices.

"I send tasks by WhatsApp and can't see progress"

Before

You share out the work on WhatsApp. Every morning you ask each person how theirs is going.

After

You open the board and see who is working on what and what moved yesterday, without asking anyone.

How it fixes it
  1. You see each task in its column: to do, in progress or done.

  2. You check which task moved and who moved it.

You know how everything is going without asking anyone.

"The team coordinates through a personal WhatsApp group"

Before

Your team announces changes in a WhatsApp group. Whoever starts on Monday doesn't see what was said before.

After

Every topic has its channel. Replies go in threads and anyone who joins reads everything that was said.

How it fixes it
  1. Your team talks in named channels, one per project, customer or topic, inside BAI.

  2. You link each channel to its board or its task; private ones can only be read by their members.

Every conversation, next to its work.

How it works
  1. You create a board per project or per customer, with the columns your team uses.

  2. Every task carries an owner, a date, a priority, a checklist, comments and files or photos.

  3. You link the task to its customer or to its sale in your customer database.

  4. Each person sees everything that's theirs in one list and receives an alert before each date falls due.

  5. Tasks that repeat, like the opening or the month review, are created by themselves.

  6. You measure the time on each task, with a stopwatch or by hand, and see each person's billable hours.

  7. You see progress on a board, a table, a calendar or bars, who moved each task and the progress of your goals.

  8. Your team talks in channels linked to their board or their task, with replies in threads.

Tools it includes
  • Tasks and projects
  • Boards
  • Time bars
  • Time tracking
  • Goals
  • Team chat
What your business needs
  • Your team registered in BAI, each person with their own login.

  • Your projects or your customers, to create each one's board.

  • Your job-sheet models, if you want to use your own.

Replaces
  • WhatsApp groups for sharing out work.

  • Task and project programs on their own.

  • Whiteboards, paper lists and tracking sheets.

  • Time-tracking and job-sheet programs.

  • Internal chat tools.

Common questions
Does it work for a team that works out on the road?

Yes. Each technician sees their tasks for the day, measures their time and leaves the signed job sheet at the customer's house.

Can I run it on my phone?

Yes. In the BAI app for Android and iPhone you see your tasks and receive the alerts on your phone.

Is it the same as my team's clocking in?

No. Here you measure the time of each task and each customer; your team's clock-in and clock-out go separately, in working-hours control.

Does everyone see all the boards?

No. Each board is private or you share it with whoever you choose, and each change is only seen by whoever has access.

Problems it solves
1 / 3

"Using artificial intelligence in my business without risking my customers' data"

Before

You paste a customer's contract into a free artificial-intelligence chat. Afterwards you wonder where that text has gone.

After

Now you ask your business's assistant, an artificial intelligence for your team inside BAI, which answers with your data.

How it fixes it
  1. The assistant answers with your business's data and documents, with the rigour you set.

  2. Before changing anything it shows you what it will do, and you switch the artificial intelligence off whenever you like.

Artificial intelligence in your business, on your terms.

"Using artificial intelligence in my business without knowing how"

Before

You hear about artificial intelligence every day and don't know where to start or what would be useful to you.

After

You write to the assistant like a colleague, ask it for the list of this week's enquirers and receive it.

How it fixes it
  1. You write to it like a colleague, from its own screen or from the bubble on every page.

  2. It answers with your customers, your products, your opening hours and your documents; there's nothing to learn.

Artificial intelligence, with no courses or instructions.

"I make a hundred small queries a day: which customers I have, who that contact was"

Before

You want to know which enquirers you haven't called this week. You open your customer database and go through them one by one.

After

You ask the assistant and see the list. Then you ask it to move one to the next stage and confirm.

How it fixes it
  1. You ask it to get things done: register a customer, note a call or move a sale to the next stage.

  2. It shows you each change and does it when you confirm.

One sentence instead of going through screens.

How it works
  1. You open the assistant on its own screen or in the bubble on every page.

  2. You ask it about your customers, your products, your opening hours or your documents.

  3. It answers with your business's data and with the rigour you set, from 1 to 10.

  4. You ask it to get things done: register a customer, note a call or move a sale to the next stage.

  5. Before changing anything it shows you what it is going to do and waits for your confirmation; if nobody confirms, it expires.

  6. You choose which documents it can consult and with what tone and rules it speaks.

  7. If you like, you switch off your business's artificial intelligence with one switch.

Tools it includes
  • AI assistant
  • AI switch
  • Knowledge base
What your business needs
  • Your customers, your products and your documents loaded into BAI.

  • Deciding which documents it can consult and which tasks it can do.

  • Your team registered in BAI, each person with their own login.

Replaces
  • Artificial-intelligence chats that don't know your business.

  • Searching by hand on every screen.

  • Noting every call and every change by hand.

Common questions
Can it change my data without me knowing?

No. Every change stays pending until a person with permission confirms it; if nobody confirms it, it expires.

What if it makes something up?

You set, from 1 to 10, how closely it should stick to your business's documents. With a high number it sticks to them more closely.

Is it the same one that answers my customers?

No. The receptionist answers your customers; this assistant works only for your team, inside BAI.

Do my colleagues see what I ask it?

No. Each person sees only their own conversations with the assistant.

Stock and inventory

You know what you have and what's running out, even if you don't sell it.

  • You know what you have before you run out.

  • What you don't sell gets counted too.

  • What arrives goes into your stock by itself.

Problems it solves
1 / 5

"Controlling stock and purchases from suppliers"

Before

You run out of a material in the middle of the high season. Nobody saw there were two units left and the order arrives late.

After

Every product carries its minimum and, when it drops below it, the alert goes out before it runs out.

How it fixes it
  1. You set the minimum for each product you track.

  2. When it drops below, the alert goes out and you see in a list what to reorder.

You find out before you run out.

"Stock control for products"

Before

You don't know how many units you have left of each product until a customer asks for it and it isn't there.

After

You see how much is left of each item, with its quantity and its unit, without going to count it.

How it fixes it
  1. You register each product with its quantity and its unit.

  2. Every delivery in adds and every item out subtracts; you see what's left in a list.

Every item, with what's left of it.

"stock control template"

Before

You keep what's in the warehouse in a spreadsheet. It hasn't been touched for three weeks and doesn't match what's there.

After

You count what's there, enter the real quantity and the difference from what should be left shows at once.

How it fixes it
  1. You do the count on the tablet, product by product, without spreadsheets.

  2. The real quantity replaces the one on record and you see the difference.

Count the cupboard once, with no templates.

"Adding any kind of product or stock"

Before

You buy paper, consumables and uniforms, and none of it is sold. Nobody knows how much there is until it runs out.

After

You register what isn't sold and see its quantity the same as a product's.

How it fixes it
  1. You register materials, consumables, uniforms or tools as products that aren't sold.

  2. You track their quantity and their minimum the same as for what you sell.

What you don't sell gets counted too.

"Uploading and managing supplier delivery notes"

Before

An order arrives from your supplier and the delivery note stays in a drawer. Nobody adds up what came in or who received it.

After

Every delivery note adds its goods to the stock, with its supplier and its price, and the signed one is saved.

How it fixes it
  1. You record the delivery note with its supplier, its date and its lines; each line adds to the stock.

  2. Whoever receives it signs the delivery note from their phone.

What arrives goes into your stock by itself.

How it works
  1. You register each product or material, sellable or not, with its unit, its quantity and its minimum.

  2. You decide what you track: what you don't track doesn't count as zero, it simply isn't kept.

  3. Every sale or item out subtracts, and every delivery in adds to the product's quantity.

  4. You record each supplier delivery note with its date and its lines, and the goods add to the stock.

  5. Whoever receives the goods signs the delivery note from their phone, with a link.

  6. When a product drops below its minimum, the alert goes out and it appears on the reorder list.

  7. You do the count with the tablet and see the difference between what was counted and what was on record.

  8. If you sell what you control, your online shop shows it with its stock.

Tools it includes
  • Stock and inventory
  • Reorder list
  • Stock count
  • Supplier delivery notes
  • E-signatures
What your business needs
  • Your products and materials, with their unit.

  • The quantity you have today of each one, from a first count.

  • The minimum below which you want the alert.

  • Your suppliers in your contacts, if you record delivery notes.

  • A tablet or a phone for the count.

Replaces
  • Stock spreadsheets.

  • The notebook or the drawer of delivery notes.

  • Simple inventory programs.

  • Counting the warehouse with pen and paper.

Website and visibility

If you sell part of what you control, Connected online shop shows it on your website with its stock and marks as sold out what reaches zero.

  • What you don't sell stays inside your business.

Common questions
Does it work for what I don't sell?

Yes. Paper, toner, uniforms or tools are registered as products that aren't sold and carry their quantity and their minimum.

Do I have to count everything?

No. You only track what you decide to track. What you don't track doesn't count as zero: it simply isn't kept.

What's the difference from the online shop?

Connected online shop

Your catalogue sells on the website and in the chat, and never offers what's sold out.

  • Your website sells while you serve whoever is in front of you.

  • One product, one click, all your shop windows.

  • From "Do you have it?" to a paid order, in the same conversation.

Problems it solves
1 / 5

"Selling online with an online shop"

Before

You sell through Instagram and WhatsApp. Every sale is a conversation: photo, price, address and, in the end, the customer no longer answers.

After

Your website sells by itself: the customer chooses, pays and you only prepare the order.

How it fixes it
  1. Your website shows your real catalogue, with photo, price and a page per product.

  2. The customer fills the basket and buys on your website, with the VAT of each product.

Your website sells at all hours, without anyone answering messages.

"app to take payments from customers"

Before

A customer asks on Instagram whether you have a product left. You look for the photo, give the price, send your account number and wait. You never hear from them again.

After

The receptionist, an assistant with artificial intelligence, shows them the product and takes payment in the chat.

How it fixes it
  1. The receptionist shows each product with photo, price and the units left.

  2. If the customer wants it, it prepares the order and takes payment in the chat, with your business's payments account.

From "Do you have it?" to a paid order, in the same conversation.

"how to take payment from a customer"

Before

You sell through your website, but ask for a bank transfer. Some customers pay late, others change their mind, and you check every payment by hand.

After

The customer pays when buying, and the order reaches you already paid.

How it fixes it
  1. The customer pays when placing the order, from their phone.

  2. The money goes into your own business's payments account, and the order is marked as paid with its invoice.

From basket to payment, without transfers or chasing.

"I publish every product platform by platform"

Before

You upload every new product to the website, to Instagram, to Facebook and to the WhatsApp catalogue: the same photo and the same price four times.

After

You register the product once and it appears in all those places, each with its own text.

How it fixes it
  1. You register each product once, with photos, price and variants, and mark where it appears.

  2. Each place gets its listing, with the photo adapted and a template text or one written by artificial intelligence.

One product, one click, all your shop windows.

"without going platform by platform to add, sell or sell out a product"

Before

A product runs out and is still advertised in several places: orders arrive that you can't fulfil.

After

Every sale subtracts a unit, and what's sold out shows as sold out on the website, WhatsApp and chat.

How it fixes it
  1. Every sale subtracts units from your stock; you can also mark it sold out in a single place.

  2. Your website shows it as sold out, WhatsApp changes it to out of stock and the receptionist knows.

What's sold out shows as sold out on the website, WhatsApp and chat.

How it works
  1. You register each product once, with photos, price, VAT and variants, organised into collections.

  2. You translate the name and description with the help of artificial intelligence and mark each translation as reviewed.

  3. You mark where it appears: website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp catalogue or Google Business Profile, and it's published with one click.

  4. Your website shows the catalogue live; the customer orders, pays at once and the money goes into your account.

  5. The receptionist shows the product in the chat and, if the customer wants it, takes payment into your account.

  6. Every sale deducts from your stock, and whatever reaches zero changes to sold out on all your channels by itself.

  7. The order stays in the customer's record, with its invoice made.

  8. You link the WhatsApp catalogue to your number and decide whether the customer sees the shop window and uses the basket.

Website and visibility

The online shop brings the three services together:

  • Professional website designs your website with its basket, the platform handles the catalogue, stock and payment, and Search engine ranking and Your Google Business Profile get you found; every product goes out as a post on your profile.

  • What's sold out keeps its page and is marked "out of stock".

  • To control what you have, whether you sell it or not:

  • Stock and inventory.

Common questions
Does a sold-out product disappear from my website?

No. It stays on its page, marked as sold out, and keeps its address; the WhatsApp catalogue changes it to out of stock.

Does the money pass through BAI?

No. The customer pays with your own business's payments account, and the money goes into it.

Can I publish any product on my Google Business Profile?

Almost all of them. Google doesn't allow posts focused on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, financial services or regulated medicines. For those products you mark "don't publish here" for Google.

Can I give a signed delivery note?

Yes. You generate the delivery note from the official template in your archive and the customer signs it from their phone, with a link.

Today

With BAI

  • Four programs that don't know each other.

    One record per customer.

  • You copy their name from one to the other.

What comes in through chat goes straight into your diary.

  • You jump between apps all day.

The appointment, the invoice and the review all come from that same record.

  • Every subscription holds a piece of your business.

Their whole history, in one place.

  • Nobody has the whole picture. Not even you.

Nothing to copy. Nothing to connect.

Why BAI

  • You don't set it up yourself. BAI sets up the platform, designs your website and works on your visibility. What doesn't exist, it builds around you.

  • Built for doing business in Spain. Verifactu, working-hours register, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, AI notice and data consent.

  • On your terms. It tells people it's an AI, doesn't make things up, asks you to confirm and switches off with one switch.

  • It grows with you. You start with the diary and your contacts and add the receptionist and the rest without changing system.

Visibility brings you customers, the website converts them and the platform looks after them.

Visibility

With visibility

Each service is worth having on its own. If you add another, the two do more.

  • If you also have the website: whoever finds you lands on a page that turns them into a customer.

  • If you also have the platform: every review it requests by itself improves your Google Business Profile.

Your website

With the website

Each service is worth having on its own. If you add another, the two do more.

  • Nothing to copy: with the platform, your catalogue, your services and your free hours appear on the website by themselves.

  • Everything into your diary: with the platform, every visitor who writes or books goes into your customer records.

The platform

With the platform

Each service is worth having on its own. If you add another, the two do more.

  • Nothing to migrate: you add the website or visibility whenever you like, without changing system.

  • Your business in figures: the day's dashboard, sales by person and the monthly summary with income, expenses and VAT.

In what order

Start with what hurts. If your work arrives through search and calls, start with the website and the receptionist; if it slips away in the admin, start with the platform.

For you, whether you work alone or with a team.

You work alone

As if you had a team.

  • Answers at any hour.

  • Fills your diary.

  • Invoices and gets paid.

  • What you repeat runs by itself.

You have a team

Your whole team in one place.

  • Each customer, to the right person.

  • Everyone sees their own.

  • You see everything.

  • Clocking in and payroll, in the same system.

What people ask us

The doubts every owner has before starting, answered with no small print.

What people ask us

The doubts every owner has before starting, answered with no small print.

What owners say

What we answer

"How much does it cost?"

The platform has its own fee, and the website and visibility are bought separately, each with its own price. No lock-in. On the call we work out what suits you, and in your proposal you see it with its price before you decide anything.

"Is this for a business as small as mine?"

You start with the diary and your contacts. The rest switches on when you need it, and when you hire someone the same system shares out the customers, logs your team's working hours and calculates payroll.

"I don't have time to set anything up."

BAI sets up the platform, designs the website and works on your visibility. You tell us what you repeat every week and decide when it switches on.

"I already have a program for everything."

That's the point: each one holds its own piece of the customer and none of them talks to the others. In BAI it's one record, and what you repeat between apps happens by itself.

"Do I have to redo my website?"

If your current website can be connected to BAI, you keep it and edit it from here. If not, BAI designs you a new one.

"Will I lose my WhatsApp Business?"

No. You carry on using it on your phone and the receptionist answers the same number. If you prefer, BAI registers the number and it answers on its own.

"Does artificial intelligence make things up?"

It only answers with the information you give it and mark as public. What it doesn't know it doesn't invent: it hands the conversation over to you. It says it's an artificial intelligence, asks permission before saving data or booking, and you switch it off with one switch.

"Will my customers know they're talking to an artificial intelligence?"

Yes. It says so from the first message and in the greeting of every call, with the name and tone you choose.

"What if it fails?"

It never leaves the customer in silence: it replies with a message of yours and your team gets the alert to carry on the conversation.

"And my customers' data?"

Permission for each purpose before saving anything, deletion on request with invoices kept for as long as the law requires, and signatures with a trail that is kept.

"Can you guarantee I'll come first on Google?"

It can't be guaranteed, and be wary of anyone who says it can. What we do is get your website the way Google needs it and measure what changes every month.

"What about my accountant?"

They stay. Each quarter you give them a tidy file with your invoices, your income and your expenses, and they check the payroll before it's final.

"Can I ask only happy customers for reviews?"

No. Google forbids it, and offering something in return too. The request goes to everyone equally and without a script; criticism reaches you as a draft and you decide.

Getting started is a call

Book my call

What happens after you get in touch

  1. A 25-minute call, free. You tell us what you repeat, what slips through and where your customers come from.

  2. A demo with your case. Your services, your products and your customers, already in the platform.

  3. A proposal made for you. Which solutions suit you, in what order they switch on and the price, with no lock-in. With the data-processing agreement if your website or your receptionist collect data.

  4. We set it up. The platform and, where it applies, your website and your visibility. You decide when each automation switches on.

What we don't promise

  • No made-up figures. No result without its source and its date.
  • No promise of first place on Google. Nobody can guarantee it.
  • Only what the system does. And we show it to you with your case.
